HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STUFF?

Our current processing time for all items is 1-2 weeks. Processing time is the time before an item is sent in the mail. Shipping time is dependent on whichever shipping method you chose at checkout, but typically USPS is delivered within 3-10 business days after processing time.

Once items have been scanned in by the postal service, they are out of my hands, and therefore out of my control. For any questions on delivery once items have been scanned in by the postal service, please reach out to your local post office.

I can help with finding the right person to reach out to, but I will not have the answer as to where your package is.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TWO SHIPPING FEES WHEN I ORDER A CANDLE OR MUG?

Candles are extremely delicate items to ship. The vessel they are poured into is made of glass, and therefore prone to breaking in transit. Additionally, the wax has the potential to melt in transit if kept in a warm facility, or mail truck for too long. Mugs are ceramic, and therefore make them delicate during the shipping process.

With the expedited shipping offered for candles, your item is shipping Priority Mail Cubic, and will be there in 1-3 business days after processing time. I also try my best to ship on Mondays or Tuesdays, so your item is not sitting in a sorting facility over the weekend. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Returns are only accepted if the item is received damaged. Please reach out with within 10 business days of your item being received, with photos of the damaged item and packaging in order to qualify.

If you have ordered the wrong size shirt, please let me know within 24 hours of ordering and I can change the size for you prior to putting in my order with the supplier.

We do not accept order cancellations, just size changes.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship to the United States, but we are hoping to expand in the future as the store grows.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDERING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE LIKE?

Because I don't have the ability to carry inventory, every item is made to order, including candles. 

For tees/crewnecks/totes/etc ordered on 'Drop Weekends' (the time period between when a new collection releases, and the following Monday at 11:59pm), orders made from Friday (drop day) - Monday will be ordered on Tuesday. Anything ordered AFTER this period, will be ordered the following Tuesday.

Any items ordered on a Tuesday will not be ordered from the supplier until the following Tuesday, to ensure that the 24 hour time period for any size changes has passed.

Example:

You order something the Wednesday after drop day (Friday), that made to order item will not be ordered from the supplier until the following Tuesday, 6 days later.

You order something on Saturday, the day after a new collection releases, that made to order item will be ordered on Tuesday, 3 days later.

Candles are shipped specifically on Mondays or Tuesdays only, to make sure they arrive within the 1-3 business day timeline before the weekend. Other items are shipped as quickly as I receive them from the supplier. 

Currently, processing times are 3-4 weeks, in addition to shipping time. While you will most likely get your item prior to then, life happens, and sometimes items may come to me damaged, or incorrect, which can cause a delay in me shipping them to you.

If you want your items quickly after release, I recommend purchasing on 'Drop Weekends'.
